Please be aware that as a referee you require a team sheet from each team for every competitive match.Â
That means you are not to kick off until you are in possession of a team sheet from both teams.
The team sheet must be:
- Legible
- Contain relevant details such as teams, venue, competition and date
- Be singed by relevant club or school official
- Front row must be clearly identified in accordance with Law 3.5 with "P" and / or "H" put beside replacement front row players to identify them as props and/or hookers.
N.B. If a player is not identified as a "P" and/or "H" then that player must not be allowed to go into the front row at any stage during the game in contested scrums. Also if a player is only designated as a "H" then he can not move in to the prop position and visa versa.
Should you have any queries please don't hesitate to give me a shout,
Regards,
